GB/T 23256-2009 Petroleum liquids—Automatic pipeline sampling—Statistical assessment of performance of automatic samplers determining the water content in hydrocarbon liquids
Abstract
This standard describes the mathematical method for evaluating the total uncertainty of automatic sampling systems, which is applicable to automatic sampling systems used to determine the water content in piped oil liquids.
Through statistical methods, the system uncertainties and random uncertainties of a series of independent variables defined in the "extraction"-type automatic sampling systems are synthesized. This mathematical model can evaluate their total uncertainty (tolerance).
The water content determination tolerance, as a function of the number of sampling times, water content, and the number of water content analysis times, is summarized in the form of charts in this standard, as shown in Figures 6 to 11.
