Abstract
This part of GB/T 23312 specifies the general requirements for single-layer varnish-coated aluminum round wires based on polyester resin. If the chemical properties of the original resin can be preserved and all the requirements for varnish-coated wires are met, the resin can be modified.
Note: A modified resin is a resin that has undergone chemical changes or contains one or more additives to improve its performance or usage characteristics.
The 155-grade designates a thermal grade, requiring a minimum temperature index of 155 and a thermal shock temperature of at least 175℃.
The Celsius temperature corresponding to the temperature index is not necessarily the recommended operating temperature for varnish-coated wires, as this depends on many factors, including the type of equipment used.
