Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements for pressurized opening and plugging operations of pipelines.
This standard applies to pressurized opening operations of steel oil and gas transmission pipelines and plugging operations such as plug-type, fold-type, cylinder-type, and bag-type (other media shall be implemented in accordance with this standard).
