GB/T 12235-2025 Steel globe valves and lift check valve for petroleum,petrochemical and allied industries
Abstract
This document specifies the structural types, technical requirements, materials, test methods, inspection rules, marking, and packaging, transportation, and storage of steel check valves and lift-type check valves used in the oil, petrochemical, and related industries.
This document applies to the design, production, and inspection of steel check valves and lift-type check valves with nominal sizes of DN15 to DN600 and nominal pressures of PN16 to PN400, as well as those with nominal sizes of NPS1/2 to NPS24 and nominal pressures of Class150 to Class2500, suitable for temperatures ranging from -46°C to 550°C, and with end connections in the form of flanges or welding. The design of throttle valves may be referenced for use.
