Abstract
This section specifies the overall framework for the technical review of XML-based e-commerce business data and processes, including relevant technical review organizations and technical review procedures. This section applies to the submission of data maintenance requests (DMRs) by users of XML-based e-commerce business data and processes, the technical review of DMRs by maintenance organizations, and the update and release of data. It also applies to the supervision of maintenance organizations by users and the development of related maintenance management information systems.
