Abstract
This document specifies the technical requirements for achieving the optimal combination of bearing alloy and backing in thick-walled multi-layered sliding bearings. The quality of this combination depends on the chemical composition of the materials, the stress state, the structural design, and the processing method of the backing bonding surface. This document is applicable to the selection and processing of backing materials for thick-walled multi-layered sliding bearings. Note: Controlling the manufacturing process is an important condition for achieving the optimal combination quality of bearing alloy and backing.
