Abstract
This standard specifies the content of library service resources, service efficiency, service promotion, service supervision and feedback, etc.
This standard is applicable to public libraries at the county (city) level and above. Street and township-level public libraries, as well as grassroots service points of various public libraries run by communities, villages, and social forces, may refer to and implement it accordingly.
