Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and order form content for molybdenum and molybdenum alloy foils. This standard applies to molybdenum and molybdenum alloy foils with a thickness of less than 0.13 mm, which are produced by forging and rolling from powder metallurgy billets or slabs and used in lighting equipment, electro-vacuum devices, sintering boats, heat shields, and other applications.
