GB/T 28227.2-2011 Guidelines for the implementation of the quality management system of cultural service—Part 2:Indoor museum
Abstract
This part of GB/T 28227 provides the content of the quality management system, management responsibilities, resource management, service delivery, and measurement, analysis, and improvement for indoor museums.
The requirements specified in this part are universal for all types of indoor museums. If any requirements of this part are not applicable due to the characteristics of the museum and its services, deletions may be considered. However, the deletions are limited to those provisions in Chapter 7 of this part that do not affect the ability or responsibility of the indoor museum to provide services that meet the requirements of customers and applicable laws and regulations. Otherwise, it cannot be claimed to comply with the requirements of this part.
