Scope

Main Technical Content: 5 Technical Requirements To achieve the above requirements, a two-way communication full-chain linking "electric vehicles - charging piles - smart IoT energy meters - concentrators - electricity information collection systems" must be established, including but not limited to the following software and hardware modules: master stations, concentrators, smart IoT energy meters (ordered charging modules), charging piles, and vehicle charging machine information interaction modules. Through different communication link solutions and protocols (a fully online solution for maintaining communication between the master station, concentrator, and smart IoT energy meters; a semi-online solution under communication between the concentrator and smart IoT energy meters; and a fully offline solution when the smart IoT energy meters and concentrator lose connection), the system supports vehicle charging demand collection and reporting, charging event storage and reporting, and ordered charging strategy storage and execution. 5.1 Technical Requirements for Vehicle Charging Machine Information Interaction Modules The vehicle must meet the requirements of GB/T 18487.1 "Electric Vehicle Conductive Charging System - Part 1: General Requirements". The switch in the vehicle's AC charging control guidance circuit should support on/off control at frequencies above 1 kHz to implement the CP signal voltage control function. The vehicle charging machine information interaction module controls charging power based on the PWM duty cycle of the control signal. When detecting a 5% duty cycle, the vehicle should upload vehicle information (including battery capacity, vehicle charging machine rated power, current SOC, charging target SOC, usage time, vehicle identification number, and whether to accept ordered charging control) to the ordered charging pile according to the GB/T 18487.1 communication protocol. 5.2 Technical Requirements for Charging Piles Ordered
