This standard specifies the classification, order content, materials, technical requirements, inspection, testing, acceptance methods, packaging, marking, and quality certificates for thick-diameter steel wire ropes with a diameter of 60 mm to 192 mm. This standard is applicable to various thick-diameter steel wire ropes used in large-scale lifting, hoisting, excavators, ship lifts, electric shovels, ships, hydraulic machinery, marine engineering, and maritime salvage and rescue applications.
