Abstract
This standard specifies the general procedures and requirements for project management, project initiation, design, bidding, contract signing, implementation, supervision, training, pre-acceptance, trial operation, and completion of public security traffic command system projects (hereinafter referred to as "system projects").
This standard applies to all public security traffic command system projects.
