Abstract
This standard specifies the dimensions of flange connections and sealing surfaces according to GB/T 2501-2010, CB/T 4196-2011, JIS B 2220-2004, JIS B 2239-2004, and JIS B 2240-2006, and the structural length according to GB/T 12221 and JIS B 2002 for marine double-eccentric clamp-type and flange-type butterfly valves (hereinafter referred to as butterfly valves). It also specifies their classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage, and transportation. This standard applies to the design, manufacture, and acceptance of marine double-eccentric butterfly valves used in ship pipelines.
