This part of GB/T 14480 specifies the performance of general eddy current testing systems and their testing and inspection methods.
Through system performance evaluation, an accurate characterization and comparability of the performance of eddy current testing equipment can be obtained.
By selecting the system performance, a consistent and effective eddy current testing system can be designed for specific detection activities.
The auxiliary equipment used should be characterized according to the principles of this part.
This part does not provide performance inspection indicators and inspection ranges. These contents are provided by the application documents.
