Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining bisphenol A in food simulants.
This standard is applicable to the determination of bisphenol A content in four food simulants: water, 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution, 10% (volume fraction) ethanol solution, and olive oil.
The lower limit for determining bisphenol A in three water-based food simulants (water, 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution, and 10% (volume fraction) ethanol solution) is 0.03 mg/L, and the lower limit for determining bisphenol A in olive oil is 0.3 mg/kg.
