GB/T 23296.2-2009 Food contact materials—Polymer—Determination of 1,3-butadiene in food simulants—Gas chromatography
Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining 1,3-butadiene in food simulants.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of 1,3-butadiene monomer in water-based food simulants such as water, 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution, and 10% (volume fraction) ethanol solution, as well as in olive oil.
The lower limit for determining 1,3-butadiene in water-based food simulants is 0.01 mg/L, and the lower limit for determining 1,3-butadiene in olive oil is 0.01 mg/kg.
