GB/T 17268-2020 Non-refillable steel welded cylinders for industrial use
Abstract
This standard specifies the types, design, manufacturing, inspection rules and test methods, marking, coating, etc. of industrial non-refillable welded steel cylinders (hereinafter referred to as steel cylinders).
This standard applies to steel cylinders used at an ambient temperature of -40 ℃ to 60 ℃, with a test pressure PT ≤ 6.2 MPa (gauge pressure), a volume V ≤ 25 L, and a PTV ≤ 100 MPa·L (when PT > 4.5 MPa, V ≤ 5 L), and non-refillable toxic substances classified as Class A refrigerants (limited to low-pressure liquefied gases) according to GB/T 7778.
Note: Steel cylinders must not be used for filling with compressed gases.
