Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for the manufacture and acceptance of heavy-duty horizontal lathes for general use and ordinary precision.
This standard applies to ordinary and CNC heavy-duty horizontal lathes with a maximum turning diameter of 1,000 mm to 5,000 mm on the bed and a maximum workpiece weight between centers of greater than or equal to 10 tons.
