This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, marking, and packaging for household gas cookers.
This standard applies to household gas cookers that use urban gas and household gas-electric dual-use cookers that use urban gas and electrical energy, including:
a) Gas cookers with a rated thermal load of ≤5.23 kW per burner;
b) Gas ovens and gas broilers with a rated thermal load of ≤5.82 kW;
c) Gas oven-broiler combinations with a rated thermal load meeting the requirements of a) and b);
d) Gas rice cookers with a maximum rice cooking capacity of ≤4 L and a rated thermal load of ≤4.19 kW;
e) Gas-electric dual-use cookers with a rated thermal load meeting the requirements of a), b), and d), and a total rated electrical input power of ≤5.00 kW;
f) Integrated cookers meeting the requirements of a) and e);
g) Outdoor gas broilers (hereinafter referred to as gas broilers) that use liquefied petroleum gas storage tanks with a gas charge of no more than 15 kg and have a total thermal load of ≤35 kW.
