GB/T 16462.1-2023 Test conditions for numerically controlled turning machines and turning centres—Part 1:Geometric tests for machines with horizontal workholding spindle
Abstract
This document specifies the geometric accuracy inspection requirements and methods, as well as the corresponding tolerances, for ordinary-precision CNC horizontal lathes and turning centers (see definitions in Sections 3.1 and 3.2), in accordance with GB/T 17421.1—2023 and GB/T 17421.7—2016.
Where applicable, this document also applies to horizontal turret lathes and single-axis automatic lathes.
This document explains the different concepts, configurations, and general characteristics of CNC horizontal lathes and turning centers, and provides terms and names for control axes.
This document is only applicable to the accuracy inspection of machine tools. It does not apply to the operational inspection of machine tools (such as vibration tests, abnormal noise tests, and creep tests of components) or the performance inspection of machine tools (such as speed and feed rate tests), as these inspections are typically conducted prior to the accuracy inspection.
