GB 39800.4-2020 Specifications for the provision of personal protective equipment—Part 4:Non-coal mines
Abstract
The present part of GB 39800 stipulates the general requirements for the provision of personal protective equipment (i.e., labor protective gear) by all employing units in the non-coal mining industry, the identification and assessment of hazardous factors, and the provision of personal protective equipment.
This part applies to all employing units and their employees in the non-coal mining industry, including metal mines, non-metallic mines, water and gas mines, and energy mines other than coal mines and oil and natural gas mines, regarding the provision and management of personal protective equipment.
This part does not apply to the provision and management of fire-fighting personal protective equipment by all employing units in the non-coal mining industry.
