GB/T 23685-2009 General technical specifications of recovering for waste electrical and electronic equipment
Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements and related provisions for the effective utilization of resources and pollution control during the collection, transportation, storage, processing, and disposal of waste electrical and electronic products.
This standard applies to the following waste electrical and electronic products: office equipment and computer products, communication equipment, audiovisual products and broadcasting and television equipment, household and similar-use electrical appliances, instrumentation and measurement monitoring products, power tools and electric wires and cables, totaling seven categories, and includes all parts, components, and materials that make up these products (see Appendix A). Other products can be implemented with reference to this standard.
This standard does not apply to products such as batteries, lighting fixtures, and medical electronic and electrical equipment.
