GB/T 13539.4-2009 Low-voltage fuses—Part 4:Supplementary requirements for fuse-links for the protection of semiconductor devices
Abstract
The supplementary requirements in this section apply to fuses installed in devices with semiconductor devices, which are suitable for circuits with a nominal voltage of no more than 1,000 V AC or 1,500 V DC. If applicable, they can also be used in circuits with higher nominal voltages.
