Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, the requirements for the installation and management of energy measuring instruments in cement production enterprises, and the management requirements for energy measuring instruments. This standard is applicable to clinker production enterprises or cement production enterprises, and also includes cement grinding stations (hereinafter referred to as energy-using units).
