Abstract
This standard applies to silicone coatings made primarily from organosilicon materials such as hydroxy-containing polymethylsiloxane and polymethylphenylsiloxane, combined with certain additives. These coatings are applied to the surfaces of metals like aluminum and iron, and then cured into a film through natural evaporation and high-temperature baking. They are used as anti-adhesive coatings for food molds.
