Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions related to the evaluation of high-throughput gene sequencing results, as well as the evaluation indicators and judgment criteria for the evaluation of high-throughput gene sequencing results.
This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the results of ligase-based sequencing and polymerase-based sequencing for DNA sequence research, which do not involve single-molecule sequencing.
