GB/T 36558-2023 General technical requirements for electrochemical energy storage system of power system
Abstract
This document specifies the technical requirements for the operation and storage environment conditions, power control, operational adaptability, energy conversion efficiency, fault tolerance, primary frequency regulation, inertia response, black start, power quality, and other technical requirements of electrochemical energy storage systems in power systems, as well as the technical requirements for energy storage equipment such as lithium-ion batteries, flow batteries, lead-acid/lead-carbon batteries, hydrogen production/fuel cells, battery management systems, energy storage converters, monitoring systems, protection, metering, and auxiliary systems.
This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of electrochemical energy storage systems in power systems that use lithium-ion batteries, flow batteries, lead-acid/lead-carbon batteries, sodium-ion batteries, and hydrogen production/fuel cells as energy storage carriers.
