Abstract
This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, and storage of marine low-pressure external thread bronze check valves (hereinafter referred to as check valves).
This standard applies to the design, manufacture, and acceptance of check valves used in marine pipelines for seawater, fresh water, fuel oil, lubricating oil, and steam with a temperature not exceeding 250 °C.
