Abstract
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection method for phenethylamine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, octopamine, tyramine, and spermidine in fish and shrimp. This standard is applicable to the determination of phenethylamine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, octopamine, tyramine, and spermidine in fish and shrimp. The detection limit of the method specified in this standard for putrescine, spermidine, cadaverine, histamine, tyramine, octopamine, and phenethylamine is all 50 mg/kg.
