Abstract
This standard specifies the classification, site selection and layout, facilities, and emergency conversion of urban emergency shelters. This standard applies to parks, green spaces, squares, school playgrounds, and other venues used as urban emergency shelters, as well as underground spaces (including civil air defense projects), sports stadiums, school classrooms, and other buildings.
