This part of GB/T 10001 defines the public information graphic symbols (hereinafter referred to as graphic symbols) for barrier-free facilities used by people with disabilities, the elderly, injured patients, and other people with special needs, gives the meaning and explanation of the graphic symbols, and stipulates the relevant application requirements.
This part is applicable to airports, railway stations, bus stations, ports, urban rail transit stations, transportation vehicles, hotels, parks, tourist attractions, various sports venues, fitness and entertainment centers, shopping malls, supermarkets, hospitals, emergency centers, clinics, physical examination centers, office buildings, commercial buildings, schools, and other public places and related facilities. Specifically, it is used in the design of location markers, guidance markers, information index markers, floor plans, neighborhood guidance maps, portable printed materials, and other guidance elements in public information guidance systems.
