Abstract
This document specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for down garments. This document applies to garments made with textile woven fabrics as the main fabric and down as the filling material. Small parts such as zippers, bag flaps, hoods, and collars may use other filling materials. This document does not apply to garments filled with a blend of down and fibers, or garments using fibers for layered or partitioned filling.
