Abstract
This part of GB/T 13025 specifies the determination method of iodine in iodized edible salt.
In this part, the direct titration method is applicable to the determination of iodine in iodized edible salt added with iodate; the oxidation-reduction titration method is applicable to the determination of iodine in iodized edible salt added with iodide or containing reducing substances; and the photometry method is applicable to the rapid determination of iodine.
