GB/T 39853.1-2021 Active

This part of GB/T 39853 specifies the performance requirements for products and instruments capable of measuring, recording, and monitoring the power quality parameters of power supply systems using the measurement methods defined in IEC 61000-4-30:2015 (Class A or Class S). These requirements apply to single-phase, two-phase (split-phase), and three-phase AC 50 Hz or 60 Hz power supply systems.
Such instruments are used in:
——Power generation, transmission, and distribution systems, such as in power plants, substations, or distributed generation systems;
——Connection points of facilities and power grids, for example, to verify whether grid operators and users comply with connection agreements.
Note: These instruments can also be used for other applications, such as in commercial and/or industrial facilities, especially in scenarios involving comparative measurements (e.g., data centers or petrochemical plants).
These instruments are available in fixed installation or portable versions, for indoor and/or outdoor use.
Devices such as digital fault recorders, power/energy meters, relay protection devices, or circuit breakers may also have Class A or Class S power quality functions defined in IEC 61000-4-30:2015. If such devices are specified to comply with this part, then in addition to the relevant product standards, this part fully applies to these devices. This part does not replace the relevant product standards.
This part does not address user interfaces or topics unrelated to the measurement performance of the devices.
This part does not cover the post-processing and interpretation of data, such as specialized software.
