Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for touch hazard labels on the packaging of dangerous substances or preparations subject to mandatory regulations. To avoid confusion, touch hazard labels are only affixed to the packaging of dangerous substances and preparations subject to mandatory regulations requiring such labels. This standard does not impose any restrictions on the dangerous substances or preparations that will be packaged in containers with touch hazard labels, which will be regulated by the relevant competent authorities.
