Abstract
This document specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, acceptance rules, packaging, and marking for wool knitwear.
This document is applicable to the quality assessment of fine and coarse combed pure sheep's wool knitwear, blended knitwear with a sheep's wool content of 30% or more, and products made primarily from the aforementioned knitwear combined with other fabrics. Other animal wool fiber products may also be referenced for implementation.
This document is not applicable to wool knitwear products for infants and young children aged 36 months and below.
