GB/T 2910.7-2009 Textiles—Quantitative chemical analysis—Part 7:Mixtures of polyamide and certain other fibres(method using formic acid)
Abstract
This part of GB/T 2910 specifies the method of determining the fiber content in polyamide fibers and mixtures of two components such as cotton, viscose fibers, cuprammonium fibers, modal fibers, polyester fibers, polypropylene fibers, chlorine-containing fibers, polyacrylonitrile fibers, or glass fibers after removing non-fibrous substances using the formic acid method.
This part is also applicable to mixtures of wool or other animal hair. However, when the wool content exceeds 25%, it is advisable to use the method specified in GB/T 2910.4.
