Abstract
This standard specifies the technical specifications, test methods, and requirements for packaging, marking, storage, and transportation of liquid hydrogen (hereinafter referred to as liquid hydrogen) used in hydrogen-powered vehicles.
This standard applies to liquid hydrogen used in proton exchange membrane fuel cell vehicles stored in tanks and transported via pipelines or tank trucks.
