GB/T 40079-2021 Classification system and qualification procedures for fugitive emission type testing of valves
Abstract
This standard specifies the type test requirements for valves used for dispersible media, as well as the classification and identification procedures for dispersible media tests. This standard applies to shut-off valves and control valves for media that will generate volatile pollutant gases or dangerous fluid media. It stipulates the test procedures for evaluating external leaks at the valve stem sealing and valve body sealing parts. This standard does not apply to leaks at the valve end connection points, as well as in vacuum, corrosive, and radiation working conditions.
