Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, and test methods for medical diagnostic X-ray tomography devices (hereinafter referred to as tomography devices). This standard applies to medical diagnostic X-ray machines with longitudinal tomography functions. This standard does not apply to computed tomography (CT) devices and maxillofacial tomography devices.
