Abstract
This part of YY/T 0698 provides requirements and test methods for coated polyolefin nonwoven fabrics suitable for the packaging of medical devices subject to final sterilization.
This part does not add additional requirements to the general requirements of ISO 11607-1. Therefore, the specific requirements in 4.2 to 4.3 can be used to demonstrate compliance with one or more requirements of ISO 11607-1, but not all of its requirements.
The materials specified in this part are intended to be used in part or in whole for the production of sealable composite bags, form-fill-seal (FFS) packaging, and packaging lidding materials.
