Abstract
This document stipulates the calculation method, water intake quota, and quota management requirements for thermal power generation. This document is applicable to the management of water intake during the production process of existing, new, and modified/expanded coal-fired power generation enterprises and gas steam combined cycle power generation enterprises. Other thermal power generation enterprises may refer to and implement it accordingly.
