This document specifies the dimensions of clamp-type quick-release connectors commonly used in vacuum technology, as well as the dimensions of O-ring seals and their brackets, clamps, and blind plates that are compatible with clamp-type quick-release connectors.
Note: The internal diameter dimensions of clamp-type quick-release connectors are specified here to ensure that they match the corresponding vacuum flange dimensions in ISO 1609 [1].
