GB/T 15382-2009

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, type tests, inspections, principles for determining conformity, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and product certificates for gas cylinder valves. This standard applies to valves for portable, rechargeable compressed, liquefied, or dissolved gas cylinders with an ambient temperature of -40 ℃ to +60 ℃ and a nominal working pressure of no more than 30 MPa. This standard does not apply to low-temperature equipment, fire extinguishers, automotive liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders, automotive compressed natural gas (CNG) cylinders, breathing gas cylinder valves, and non-rechargeable bottle valves. It also does not include specific requirements for valves with pressure-reducing devices, residual pressure retention devices, and check valves.
