Abstract
This standard specifies the structure of the data communication protocol between the traffic signal controller (hereinafter referred to as the signal controller) and the host computer, as well as the requirements of the physical layer, data link layer, network layer, and application layer. This standard applies to the communication between the signal controller and the host computer in the traffic signal control system.
