Abstract
This document specifies the technical requirements for the function and structure of the power control system of photovoltaic power stations, data acquisition and communication, start-stop control, active power control, reactive voltage control, lockout, control process recording, performance indicators, and system detection. This document is applicable to photovoltaic power stations that are grid-connected at voltage levels of 35 kV and above, as well as those connected to the public grid at a voltage level of 10 kV.
