This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the acceptance criteria for informatization projects, the classification of informatization projects, the acceptance conditions, the organization of acceptance, the basis and content of acceptance, the acceptance process, and the acceptance records and processing. This standard applies to the acceptance of new, expanded, and renovated informatization projects, excluding the procurement of goods as stipulated in the Bidding and Tendering Law and the Government Procurement Law, as well as classified informatization projects.
