This standard specifies the terms, definitions, symbols, and abbreviations for the sampling inspection of wood-based panels; the counting sampling inspection of the external dimensions and appearance quality of wood-based panel products; the presentation and determination of the results of the physical and mechanical performance tests of wood-based panels; the metrological sampling inspection for quality control of products by manufacturers; the statistical inspection of the consistency of measurement results between two laboratories; and inspection reports. This standard applies to sampling systems, sampling plans, sampling schemes, and statistical processing of inspection data for various types of inspections of wood-based panels, including type evaluation, routine production, supervision, acceptance, and quality consistency. This standard does not apply to sampling systems, sampling plans, and sampling schemes for structural wood-based panels, etc.
