Abstract
This document specifies the responsibilities of the RA (Registration Authority). The Registration Authority is an operating organization responsible for the registration of universal message schemes in the financial industry and the maintenance of the ISO 20022 library. It also provides access to the information described in ISO 20022-1. In terms of the registration application process, the RA is supervised and assisted by ISO/TC 68.
