Abstract
This part of GB/T 18916 specifies the terms and definitions, calculation methods, and water withdrawal quotas for coal-based methanol production.
This part is applicable to the management of water withdrawal quantities for existing, new, and modified/expanded coal-based methanol production enterprises (including those producing methanol through ammonia synthesis with an ammonia production capacity exceeding 10% of the total ammonia production).
